How to Apply
- Visit the official portal at https://navodaya.gov.in and access the admission portal
- Read the prospectus carefully and verify your eligibility, including district of residence and school location (rural/urban)
- Prepare soft copies: photograph (JPG, 10–100 kb), signatures of candidate and parent (JPG, 10–100 kb), Aadhaar details or residence certificate issued by competent Government authority
- Fill in basic details: State, District, Block, Aadhaar number, APAAR ID, PEN Number
- Upload photograph and signatures of both candidate and parent in JPG format (10–100 kb only)
- Select examination language carefully—no change of language is allowed after submission
- Review all information for accuracy, especially date of birth, school location (rural/urban), and category (General, SC, ST, OBC, Divyang)
- Submit the form before 31 July 2026; data submitted becomes final and binding with no post-submission corrections
