Registration for TGICET-2026 counselling begins 31 July 2026 with processing fee payment and slot booking for certificate verification. Qualified candidates who scored 50% (OC) or 45% (Others) in their degree can now proceed with the admission process. Keep your registered mobile number active throughout—all login credentials, OTPs and allotment details will arrive there, and you cannot change it once submitted.

How to Apply
- Visit the official website and click on Payment of Processing Fee link
- Register using TGICET-2026 Hall Ticket number, Registration number, and Date of Birth from SSC marks memo
- Fill the Basic Information Form with Aadhaar, mobile number, email ID
- Enter Caste, Income, and EWS certificate application numbers from MeeSeva if applicable
- Pay processing fee online through credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI
- Book your slot for certificate verification at nearest Help Line Center within scheduled dates
- Attend certificate verification on your booked date and time with all original certificates and 2 sets of photocopies
- Receive login ID via registered mobile number after certificate verification
- Download college and course list from website and prepare manual option entry form
- Generate password through Candidates Registration link
- Login and enter options in order of priority within scheduled dates
- Modify options as many times as needed before freezing date
- Take printout of final options for reference
- Download provisional allotment order using ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket, password, and DOB
- Pay tuition fee online and self-report through website to confirm seat
- Report at allotted college with xerox copies of certificates and original transfer certificate
Certificates Required for Verification
- All candidates must carry originals and 2 sets of xerox copies of the following
- TGICET-2026 Rank Card and Hall Ticket
- Aadhaar Card
- S.S.C or equivalent marks memo
- Intermediate or equivalent memo-cum-pass certificate
- Degree memorandum of marks and provisional pass certificate
- Study or bonafide certificate from IX class to degree
- Transfer Certificate (T.C)
- Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2026 if applicable
- EWS Certificate issued by Tahsildar valid for 2026-27 if applicable
- Integrated Community Certificate if applicable
- Residence Certificate for 7 years preceding qualifying exam if no institutionalized education
- For non-local candidates seeking unreserved seats: Residence Certificate from Mee Seva (10 years residence) OR Employer Certificate (parent employment) OR Employer Certificate (spouse employment)
- For minorities: SSC TC containing minority status or certificate per G.O.Rt.No. 323 dated 16-09-2023
Special Category Candidates (PHC/CAP/NCC/Sports)
- PHC candidates must carry 3 sets of xerox copies and SADAREM certificate from District Medical Board (40% and above disability eligible)
- CAP candidates must carry 3 sets of xerox copies and CAP certificate from respective authority with supporting documents
- NCC candidates must carry 3 sets of xerox copies and NCC certificates from competent authorities
- Sports candidates must carry 3 sets of xerox copies and sports achievements/testimonials with Forms I, II, III, IV certified by State Sports Associations recognised by Sports Authority of Telangana
- Special categories must book slot only at Government Polytechnic, Masab Tank, Hyderabad
- Special category certificates verified in First Phase only; no verification in Final Phase
- NCC and Sports allotments made in Final Phase after verification
Important Instructions
- Candidate physical presence is mandatory for certificate verification at booked slot
- Without processing fee payment and slot booking, certificate verification not permitted
- Change of mobile number not permitted after registration
- Keep mobile active throughout admission process for all communications
- Exercise maximum options possible to avoid disappointment
- Order of priority of options is crucial for seat allocation
- Do not share password with anyone
- If using internet center, ensure proper logout after saving options
- Take printout of final options and allotment orders for reference
- Tuition fee payment must be from own bank account; refunds credited to same account
- If tuition fee not paid within schedule, provisional allotment automatically cancelled
- No correction window after option submission
- Dropouts and cancellations not permitted after Final Phase
- First Phase options not considered for Final Phase allotment; exercise fresh options
- Candidates satisfied with First Phase allotment need not exercise options again but must report at college 22-08-2026 to 25-08-2026
- If exercising options in Final Phase, vacated seat allotted to next meritorious candidate; no claim on previous allotment
- Physical reporting at allotted college after Final Phase is mandatory
- Handover xerox copies of certificates and original transfer certificate at college
