Eligibility – Junior Clerk, Junior Typist, Copyist, Stenographer Grade-III
- +3 examination pass or equivalent from a recognized university
- Citizen of India
- Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute
- Odia language: must speak, read, write and pass test equivalent to M.E. Standard
- Good character
- Sound health, good physique, free from organic defects or bodily infirmity
- Not more than one spouse living if married

- Fill in all required particulars in capital letters with full signature
- Attach self-attested copies of H.S.C., +2, +3 certificates and mark sheets
- Attach Diploma in Computer Application certificate (for Junior Clerk, Typist, Copyist, Stenographer)
- Attach Revenue Inspector Training certificate (for Salaried Amin only)
- Attach three self-signed recent passport-size photographs
- Attach two character certificates from Gazetted officers, Medical Practitioners or Sarapanch
- Attach three self-addressed envelopes with Rs. 60 postage stamps each
- Attach marital status declaration
- Attach caste certificate if SC/ST/SEBC (self-attested)
- Attach disability certificate if PwD (self-attested)
- Attach sports person or ex-serviceman certificate if applicable
- Attach conversion certificate if awarded grades instead of percentage
- Attach Odia language test certificate (M.E. Standard)
- Attach valid Employment Exchange Registration Card
- Attach undertaking regarding no criminal antecedent
- Submit separate application for each post with post name in capital letters on envelope

- Applications must reach office on or before 13 August 2026; late submissions will be rejected
Important Instructions
- Applications without full signature will be summarily rejected
- Defective or incomplete applications will be rejected
- Original testimonials need not be submitted with application; produce at Viva-voce
- Candidates applying for multiple posts may appear for only one post of their choice
- If large number of applications received, candidates will be shortlisted in ratio 1:20 based on marks in descending order
- Written examination for all posts held on same day

- District Judge's decision on examination result is final and cannot be challenged

- No T.A./D.A. admissible to candidates
- PwD candidates when selected will be adjusted against their respective category
- If insufficient female candidates in any category, vacancies filled by male candidates
- Exchange of reservation between SC & ST not considered
