Essential Qualifications

| Master's Degree | Master's degree in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent in the point scale system; 5% relaxation may be provided at the graduate and Master's level for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Differently-abled candidates |
| NET/SLET | NET/SLET will be an essential qualification in the discipline where NET/SLET is conducted by ICAR/UGC/CSIR or any other Central/State Government agency |
| Alternative | If candidate with Ph.D.'s degree or NET/SLET is not available, the essential qualification shall be first class M.Sc. degree in related discipline |
Remuneration
| Assistant Professor | Rs. 650/- per hour with a maximum of Rs. 30,000/- per month |

- No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview
- Terms and conditions of engagement will be as per policy approved by the University
