Applications for one Homeopathy Specialist Doctor and one Ayurveda Specialist Doctor are open from 20 July 2026 to 20 August 2026 under the National AYUSH Mission scheme. The contract-based positions are temporary and end on 31 March 2027. You must submit a residence certificate from the municipal corporation or tahsildar of your area along with your application.

- Fill all details in block letters with father/mother name, date of birth, gender, qualification with marks and percentage
- Attach copies of qualification certificates, age proof (SSLC), caste certificate if applicable, residence certificate, Aadhaar card and two passport-size photographs with signature
- Place the completed application in a sealed envelope
- Submit in person or by registered post to District AYUSH Officer, SNR Hospital Campus, Kolar-563101 by 20-08-2026
- Applications received after the deadline will not be considered
- If the last date falls on a government holiday, the next working day becomes the final deadline
