Applications for Teacher positions in Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Societies (KREIS) are open from 15 July 2026 to 13 August 2026, with the written exam date to be announced. You must hold a valid Karnataka TET (Paper-2) or CTET certificate to apply for Kannada, English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science posts, and the application fee (₹250–₹750 depending on category) must be paid online by 14 August 2026.

Selection Process

Written ExaminationOffline OMR-based test; Paper-I (General Knowledge, 100 marks, 2 hours) + Paper-II (Subject-specific, 100 marks, 2 hours); total 200 marks

  2. Locate and click the KREIS Teacher Recruitment 2026 link for your cadre (RPC or Kalyana-Karnataka)
  3. Register with your basic details and fill the online application form with personal, educational and category information
  4. Upload your photograph (JPEG, 50KB–200KB) and signature (JPEG, 50KB–70KB) in the specified format
  5. Pay the applicable application fee online; add Rs.100 per additional post if applying for more than one
  6. Review all details carefully before final submission, as no correction is allowed after submission
  7. Download and print your submitted application and fee payment receipt for future reference
  8. You cannot edit or withdraw after submission
  9. Carry the admit card and one original photo ID proof (PAN, driving licence, Aadhaar, passport, voter ID, or govt employee ID) to the exam centre
