How to Apply
- Submit application in the prescribed format with one latest passport-size photograph affixed
- Attach all required self-attested certificates in a sealed cover
- Write "Engagement of Academic Consultants on short-term contract basis in NCTE" on the cover
- Address the application to Deputy Secretary (Admin-I), NCTE, G-7, Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi
- Arrive for registration and document verification between 09:30 AM and 11:00 AM on 30 July 2026
- No candidates will be allowed for registration after 11:00 AM
- No application fee is required
Important Instructions
- Incomplete applications or those received after the prescribed date and time will not be considered
- NCTE reserves the right to change the number of posts or not fill any posts if circumstances warrant
- Consultants will be appointed on full-time basis and cannot take up other assignments during engagement
- Remuneration will remain unchanged for the contract term with no annual increment
- Consultants are entitled to one day leave per completed month of consultancy; unused leave will not carry forward
- Any false declaration or suppression of material information will result in termination and legal action
- Police verification will be conducted as per latest Government of India instructions
