Grounds of Rejection

  • Application rejected if eligibility criteria not fulfilled
  • Application rejected if submitted without signature or photograph or both
  • Application rejected if relevant documents not submitted
  • Application rejected if incomplete in nature

General Terms and Conditions

  • Age calculated as on 01-01-2026 from Madhyamik or equivalent examination or Birth Certificate
  • False statements in application lead to candidature cancellation and legal action
  • False statements discovered after appointment result in service termination and legal action
  • Sub-Divisional Officer reserves right to suspend or postpone any process at any stage
  • Any change in examination date, time, eligibility, syllabus, vacancy or related issue notified via notice board
  • Candidates terminated from Government Service due to unsatisfactory performance or misconduct are ineligible; applications summarily rejected
  • Engagement on daily wages basis does not confer any right to appointment or absorption in temporary or permanent post under Government of West Bengal
