- Click Application Fee link and pay the applicable fee online
- Fill the online application form completely
- Upload recent passport-size photograph (2.5 x 3.5 inches, 80% face visible including ears) and postcard-size photograph (4x6 inches, 80% face visible, plain background, no cap or goggles)
- Upload your signature
- Review the application and submit
- Download and print the confirmed application form for your records
- You cannot edit or withdraw after submission
- One-time correction facility available after initial submission only
Important Instructions
- Reservation benefit for SC, BC and other reserved categories applies only to bonafide Punjab residents
- Select your claimed category carefully at application time; no category change permitted after submission
- Candidates from reserved category applying in general category cannot switch back to reserved category later
- EWS certificate must be valid for financial year 2025-26 (applicable for admission/recruitment year 2026-27)
- PWD candidates receive relaxations as per applicable norms; relevant category/type-linked certificate must be submitted at document verification
- No fee refund or concession except for ex-servicemen
- Ex-servicemen fee relaxation applies only if post-retirement employment with Central Government or undertakings is completed, or candidate was not discharged on disciplinary grounds
- Ex-servicemen and dependents must submit applicable relaxation certificate including Lineal Descendent Certificate (LDC) at document verification
- Candidates found making incorrect category-based fee claims will be blacklisted from all ERD Punjab recruitments for 3 years
