- Upload photograph (390 X 520 pixels, max 120 KB) and signature (240 X 240 pixels, max 60 KB) — capital letter signatures not accepted
- Upload self-attested copies of SSLC or Higher Secondary Mark Sheet for age proof, Degree Certificate, Experience certificates, Relieving Letter, and Last Month Salary Slip (each max 250 KB)
- Click confirm / submit and a success message will appear
- Print the system-generated application form sent to your registered email for future reference
- Incorrect or incomplete applications without required certificates will be rejected
