- Click the Apply Online link to access the application portal
- Register on the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2025 portal if not already registered
- Log in with your PET registration number and credentials
- Fill in all required details: name, father's name, mother's name, date of birth, state, caste, category, contact information, and educational qualifications
- Select the post(s) you wish to apply for; you may apply for multiple posts but must select only one state
- Upload a live photograph (taken during application, not pre-captured) and signature; no modifications allowed
- Review all entered information carefully
